Extruded polystyrene insulation

Product description

Description
XPS is made from polystyrene – a thermoplastic material. This means it can be melted and put into production process for new XPS insulation.
XPS (Extruded Poly Styrene) is the choice of GREEN, friendly and environmentally protective buildings, which based on some features reduce energy consumption, reused as raw materials for production, Recycle .
Recent studies shown that with the use of XPS for commercial buildings, every year already 343-344 kWh/m2 could be saved. (source: http://www.styroor.de).
Applications
Due to its mechanical rigidity, TEKCOM XPS is used as insulation material, moisture-resistant for concrete floors, basements.
The use of XPS in the projects could help they achieve LEED certificate of Green Building Council of the United State
